Registration Deadline
Complete your registration before the deadline. No late entries accepted.
Graduation Day
The main ceremony is on August 29. Bring your pass and arrive 30 minutes early.
Special Instructions
Important instructions for graduands and their family members on graduation day

Registration Time: 12:30 PM to 01:30 PM.

Graduands are requested to be seated in their allotted seats by 2:30 PM.

All are requested to rise from their seats when the academic procession enters the hall and remain standing until the dignitaries have taken their seats.

At the end of the graduation ceremony, everyone is requested to remain standing at their places until the academic procession leaves the hall.

Only one family member is permitted to accompany each graduand inside the graduation hall and must remain seated in the allotted place until the ceremony concludes.

Other family members are requested to wait in the designated waiting hall until the ceremony concludes. They may watch the ceremony through YouTube Live. The link will be shared 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

A separate waiting room has been arranged for graduands who are breastfeeding mothers.

Children are not permitted inside the graduation hall.

Bags, mobile phones, and cameras are not permitted inside the graduation hall.

Canteen and food stall facilities are available on the campus for graduands and their parents.
